Details: First Department writes that in February 2024, the Ministry of Justice added Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty to the register of undesirable organizations. On March 2, 2024, Koneva was a guest on the program “A Person Has the Right,” where she commented on a survey about Russians’ attitudes toward the war in Ukraine.
