Summary: October 16, 2023. In 2022, Vitaly Palukhin posted video messages criticizing military actions in Ukraine on a closed Telegram channel. On October 16, 2023, unknown individuals published these videos in the public domain. After the publication, Palukhin was removed from his studies at BSTU and taken to the police station. The police intimidated him and drew up reports on him under the articles on discrediting the army (Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and petty hooliganism (Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
