On March 7, 2023, Dmitry Ivanov was sentenced to eight and a half years in prison charged under the criminal article on disseminating “fakes” about the Russian army (Part 2 of Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
Update: September 26, 2023 The appeal against Dmitry Ivanov’s sentence was to be considered. But the court postponed the hearing to October 24, 2023. Dmitry Ivanov, who is in a Chuvash pre-trial detention center, is being transferred to Moscow.
