Summary: On November 2, 2024, the Petrogradsky District Court of St. Petersburg imposed an administrative fine on Lika Dyachkina, associate professor of the Finance Department at SPbGEU, finding her guilty under the article on displaying attributes or symbols of an extremist organization (Part 1 of Article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). This was reported by the united press service of the courts of St. Petersburg, according to Meduza. Dyachkina was sentenced to a fine of 2 thousand rubles for each protocol drawn up – there were three in total. Dyachkina did not agree with the protocols, RBC reports.
